KERATECH ECO R30

Keratech Eco R30 is a certified Eco-friendly, self-leveling mineral product with extra-rapid hardening properties; its low CO2 and very low volatile organic emissions make it an ideal product for use in GreenBuilding.

 

Keratech Eco R30 permits the high performance/ high thickness correction of irregular substrates by rapidly developing a smooth finish and even surfaces with high levels of mechanical resistance guaranteeing the subsequent laying of ceramic tiles and natural stone using echo friendly mineral adhesives.

 

Keratech Eco R30 can be recycled as an inert material at the end of its life.

AREA OF USE                                                                                                                

 

Suitable for:

·        Self-leveling of uneven floors with extra rapid setting and drying and compensated shrinkage

·         Thicknesses from 3 to 30mm

 

Compatible adhesives:

·         All cement-based two-component organic mineral adhesives

·         Reactive epoxy and polyurethane

·        Two-component adhesives dispersed in water solutions

 

Suitable for use on:

·         Mineral screeds

·         Screeds made using Record Eco or Keracem Eco  as a binder

·         Ready to use premixed products

·         Cement based screeds

·         Concrete and those screeds with well anchored residual traces of cement-based additives

 

Before laying of:

·         Porcelain and ceramic tiles, klinker, cotto and natural stone of all types and formats

·         Hardwood flooring  and agglomerate materials

·         Textile coverings, rubber, PVC, linoleum, protective resins for concrete

 

Suitable for use on:

·         Under-floor heating

·         Interior floors in domestic, commercial and industrial applications

 

Do not use:

·         In external applications

·         On highly flexible substrates subject to thermal expansion

·         Wet surfaces

·         Substrates subject to continuous moisture rising

Coverage:

≈ 1.6 kg/m2 per mm of thickness

Values taken at +23 °C, 50% R.H. and no ventilation. Data may vary depending on specific conditions at the building site, i.e. temperature, ventilation and absorbency level of the substrate.
