KERALEVEL ECO LR

Keralevel Eco LR is a certified Eco-friendly, extra-rapid hardening, mineral leveling product ideal for use in GreenBuilding.

 

Keralevel Eco LR has emulsifying/thixotropic properties which allow for the high performance/high thickness correction of irregular and uneven surfaces in walls and floors keeping to on-site schedules and the subsequent work on coverings.

 

Keralevel Eco LR has very low volatile organic emissions, it ca be recycled as an inert material at the end of its life.

AREA OF USE                                                                                                                

 

Suitable for:

·         Leveling of uneven substrates with extra rapid setting and drying and compensated shrinkage

·         Thicknesses from 1 to 25mm

 

Compatible adhesives:

·         Mineral adhesives with SAS te3chnology

·         Single and two-component organic mineral adhesives

·         Reactive epoxy and polyurethane

·         Single and two-component cement based adhesives dispersed in water or solvent solutions

 

Before laying:

·         Porcelain and ceramic tiles, klinker, cotto of all types and formats

·         Natural Stone and agglomerate materials

·         Hardwood floors, textile coverings, rubber, PVC, linoleum

·         Paints

 

Suitable for use on:

·         Heat radiant slabs

·         Domestic, commercial and industrial applications

·         Cement based plasters or lime and cement mortars

·         Mineral screeds made using Record Eco or Keracem Eco  or ready to use premixed products

·         As eco friendly binder or ready to use premixed products

·         Cement based screeds

·         Concrete and residual traces of cement based adhesives.

 

Do not use:

·         On highly flexible substrates subject to thermal expansion

·         Wet surfaces

·         Substrates subject to continuous moisture rising

Coverage:

≈ 1.5 kg/m2 per mm of thickness

Values taken at +20 °C, 65% R.H. and no ventilation. Data may vary depending on specific conditions at the building site, i.e. temperature, ventilation and absorbency level of the substrate.
